• Be a partner to the CEO and help leverage the CEO’s time by performing various duties based on the shifting and growing needs of the CEO and the company
• Directing & Coordinating the CEO’s daily priorities, appointments, calendar, tasks, meetings, deadlines, etc.
• Being present in events, conferences and workshops
• Acting as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external requests
• Providing support in line with CEO’s work routines and preferences
• Monitoring the CEO's agenda, managing the phone, e-mail traffic
• Preparing Internal /external meeting
• Follow up all the tasks assigned by the management and report the results
• Follow up and manage key delegation topics with Company key leaders
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience assisting at the executive level
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• A very strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Exceptional planning, time management and organizational skill
• Gender Preference: Female
• Ideal Age Range: 27 - 37
• Fluent in English (Written and Verbal)
