- Calls: Answering and dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls (handle phone calls, take messages, or direct them to appropriate individuals) and responsible for receiving, dispatching, storage of fax and printing
-Public relations: Receives, welcomes, books and refers visitors to the relevant individual/department.
- Emails: Monitoring incoming emails and answering or forwarding as required
- Records: Archiving, maintenance and record of documents, preparing letters, reports, contact lists, memos and official correspondences in Farsi and in a professional way.
- Travel bookings: Business related travel bookings for associates & applying for visas, tickets & hotels.
- Schedules: Maintaining schedules and calendars.
- Support: Administrative and manage secretarial Section
- Relation with colleagues: Maintaining excellent relations with all managers, colleagues and staff.
Requirements
- University Qualifications: Bachelor or Master's degree preferably in Management/ Communications from reputable university.
- Nature and length of previous experience: At least 4 years of experience in similar positions.
- Dominant in ICDL and Touch typing.
- Excellent communication skills and fast learner
- Self-disciplined, Self-motivated, very organized, punctual with attention to details - Responsible, Flexible, multitasking skills, and team player
- Professional and confidentiality.
- Language Skills: Farsi and English
