Sibapp is currently looking for a talented female office manager to join our team in Tehran office. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize office activities
- Oversee stock of office supplies
- Greet visitors at office
- Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
- Support HR in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport
- Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
- Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
- You'll typically work a-44-hour week, although you may need to come in early or stay late during busy periods.

Qualifications
- At least Bachelor degree
- Fluent in English (Familiarity with other languages is an asset)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Power point & Excel)
- Good knowledge of IT skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Ability of working with CRM system
- Motivated and energetic
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor
