We are looking for a highly organized, responsible, and motivated individual to join our team as a Secretary & Office Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing correspondence, organizing meetings, and supporting management and departments. Accuracy, professionalism, and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and maintain a professional and organized work environment.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters, etc.).
Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and business trips.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Provide administrative and organizational support to management.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests, and direct them to the relevant department or person.
Coordinate and oversee staff and visitor entry and exit to ensure proper order and workplace security.
Support HR and administrative processes as needed (e.g., onboarding, attendance, recruitment assistance).
Requirements
Proven experience as a Secretary, Office Manager, or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional appearance and behavior.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
