Job Description

The office manager in a large organization in Tehran is responsible for monitoring daily administrative operations. This role requires the skill in organizing and coordinating different administrative affairs. As an office manager, one must establish effective communication with team members and clients and ensure that administrative processes are done properly and timely.

Responsibilities:
- Managing and organizing company documents
- Coordinate meetings and planning daily affairs
- Provide executive support to senior managers
- Monitoring the performance of admission and other office employees
- Maintenance and supervision of administrative inventory and ordering supplies
- Create and improve administrative processes to increase efficiency

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Language and Literature is an advantage
