Major job duties:
• Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
• Arranging, managing, and organizing daily, weekly, and monthly schedule and appointments in coordination with the supervisors.
• Prioritizing workloads.
• Observance of administrative instruction and regulations related to activities.
• Receiving letters, numbering of incoming and outgoing correspondences.
• typing letters, making presentations, putting information into our database.
• Archiving reports, memos, correspondences, and other documents and performing administrative activities.
• Assisting managers in daily tasks.
• Management of office supplies.
• Communicating with department Supervisors.
• It is necessary to use Microsoft Office to its potential.
Requirements
General Requirements:
• Familiar with Accounting to ensure the accuracy of financial documents and to Prepare and maintain important financial reports and petty cash.
• At least 5 years of experience.
• Fluent in English (fluency in other languages is an advantage).
• At least Bachelor’s degree in related fields.

• Location: Jordan Office, District 3 of Tehran municipality.
• Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Probationary (Trial) period: 3 months.
