- Answering calls, taking messages and handling all correspondences (Emails, Letters, Packages, etc.)
- Recording customer orders and creating invoices
- Archiving reports, memos, letters, and other documents
- Being proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Creating reports for management
- Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8:00 to 4:30 pm
- Thursday 8:00 to 1:30 pm
Requirements
- At least Bachelor's degree
- Strong ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Minimum 2 years of experience with administrative and clerical work
- Great communication skills
- Motivated and energetic
