The occupational health expert will be a member of the HSE team responsible for executing Health, Safety, and Environment throughout the whole factory.
● Teach different topics related to industrial safety and occupational health
● Prepare HSE statistical report
● Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and handling non-conformance issues according to relevant procedures.
● Do risk assessment based on FMEA, JSA, and JHA methods
● Work in a dynamic environment and communicate effectively with the HSE team and different levels of employees.
● Do first aid for the injured personnel.
● Investigate accidents' root causes, and promote corrective and preventive measures.
● Follow up annual medical check-up
● Responsible for the Behavior Based Safety Program “STAR” (Stop, Talk, Agree, Review) on site.
Requirements
● Familiar with safety permit.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Health.
● Fluent in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Visio.
● Familiar with standards ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001.
● Familiar with the pharmaceutical industry.
● Eager to learn, easy-going, problem-solving, independent, and good at team working and communication.
● Ability to work under pressure.
● Ability to work overtime.
● Fluent in English.
