Job Description:
- Attending 12-hour shifts.
- Monitoring service and network in order to identify problems.
- Troubleshooting problems and follow up and resolve incidents.
- Preparing and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to services and topologies, equipment, and settings on a continuous basis.
- Preparing and presenting reports.
