Recruit and build up a team for portfolio of company for Neurology products
Prepare a professional plan for launch of new products of company
Participate in the planning and budgeting for new products of company in Neurology portfolio
Supervise and manage the activities of the sales team in order to achieve annual sales volume
Team leadership with standards and work ethics
Monitor sales and marketing activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service.
Collect customer feedback and market research through the team
Resolve complaints regarding sales and services.
Provide timely and consistent feedback, monitor, and control various reports of all sales forces.
Create rules for reports and performance for the team under his/her control.
Wide fieldwork across the range and ensure that time and resources are appropriately allocated
Monitor sales activities via double visits.
Coach his/her team behaviorally and technically.
