Job Description

● Monitoring and provincial network alarms in order to know the latest network maintenance status. ● Inquiring about acute problems regarding the coverage, quality, or maintenance of network nodes from the provinces and related departments and authorities of MCI. ● If necessary, hold a meeting with the factors related to the technical problems in order to speed up their resolution. ● KPI monitoring of the provincial network in order to know the latest network service status. ● Managing theft reports and related costs and how to control and reduce thefts. ● Announcing the resolution of the problem to the province and getting feedback. ● Notifying the provinces of acute network problems (received from MCI's internal reference offices) and following up on their resolution until the result is achieved. ● Implementing projects defined by superior managers. ● Implementing instructions between MCI and provinces in the relevant work areas. ● Interacting with other departments of the company in order to advance the activities defined in the region and the goals of the company. ● Ensuring compliance with the agreed OLAs in order to carry out the referred matters. ● Preparing and presenting the necessary reports to the superior. ● Proposing new tools and equipment and preparing instructions related to the use of these tools. ● Participating in meetings when necessary. ● Responding to administrative correspondence. ● Performing other tasks assigned.
