Oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s LAN, WAN, WLAN, and inter-site communication networks.
Manage and monitor the performance of network devices, communication links, and related services.
Ensure network stability, availability, and service quality in accordance with defined SLAs.
Lead and control network security activities in alignment with the organization’s information security policies.
Plan and implement preventive measures to minimize the risk of outages and network disruptions.
Lead and manage troubleshooting processes for network incidents and technical issues.
Manage network changes and maintain accurate documentation of configurations and network topology.
Collaborate with internal departments and external contractors in the execution of network and communication projects.
Prepare periodic reports on network performance, incidents, risks, and corrective actions.
Participate in planning the development and upgrade of communication infrastructure in alignment with IT department policies.
Knowledge & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field (minimum requirement).
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience (prior supervisory experience is mandatory).
Strong expertise in computer networking concepts, network infrastructure, and communication systems.
Proficiency in Cisco Prime and Cisco ISE.
Hands-on experience in deployment and configuration of firewalls, including FortiGate, Sophos, and Cisco FTD (Firepower Threat Defense).
Strong knowledge of network security principles and access management.
Familiarity with VoIP concepts and configuration of Cisco CUCM (Call Manager), Cisco Expressway, and Cisco Meeting Server (CMS).
