Job Description

  • Set up, configure, and support hardware and software.
  • Internal network technical support.
  • Support and troubleshoot systems and network infrastructure.
  • Configure Cisco routing and switching equipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Hardware Engineering.
  • Passing MTCNA, MCSE, CCNA, and CCNP courses.
  • At least three years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of English to search on Google to solve problems.
  • Proficient in basic network concepts.
  • Proficient in configuring Cisco Routing and Switching equipment.
  • Sufficient familiarity with ESXI virtualization.
  • Familiarity with firewall configuration.
  • Getting to know how to manage backup systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
