Job Description

● Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls. ● Install and upgrade network device components and software, and integrate automation processes. ● Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues. ● Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science. ● 1 to 3 years of experience as a network expert. ● Familiar with MCSA, FortiGate, CCNA, and CCNP. ● Good and friendly personality, honesty. ● Hardworking. ● Ability to communicate at all levels. ● Ability to learn new skills techniques and responsibilities. ● Flexibility. ● Teamwork skills. ● Time management skills. ● Preferably, knowledge of English.
