Job description: ● Design data center networks infrastructure for enterprise customers. ● Design LAN and WAN networks infrastructure for enterprise customers. ● Design network security plans for data center and LAN/WAN network environments. ● Implement and operate network devices; e.g. switches, routers, load balancers, etc. ● Implement and operate network security devices; e.g. Firewalls, UTMS, VPN servers, etc. ● Provide 2nd line support for customers’ networks infrastructure and devices. ● Participate in vendor/product and architecture selection and proposals. ● Provide consultation, documentation and presentation on assigned tasks.
Requirements
Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer engineering, Information Technology or related fields. ● 5+ year’s professional experience in requested fields. ● Deep knowledge on networking concepts e.g. IP addressing, switching, routing, QOS, DNS & DHCP, load balancing, caching & proxy, etc. ● Deep knowledge on network security concepts e.g. firewalling, intrusion prevention, tunneling & VPN, authentication, etc. ● Good knowledge and experience with Cisco network and network security products. ● Good knowledge and experience with windows and Linux server operating systems. ● Good knowledge in virtualization platforms and virtual networking. ● Good knowledge in related data center active infrastructure and systems. ● Experienced in troubleshooting and optimizing systems in live operational environments. ● Ability to work efficiently as a team member in project-based or operational tasks. ● Certification in related fields is a plus.
