-Provide network monitoring and incident response
-Ensure the smooth running of the network and services
-Follow-up tasks/issues due the specified SLA
-Troubleshoot incoming incidents and following support requests
-Escalate to appropriate teams or other expert engineers
-Document and communicate on cases from inception to resolution
-Ensure smooth hand off of cases to other team resources, as may be required
-Support continuous improvement to monitoring services and internal processes
-Real time service monitoring and corresponding to respective possible issues
-Support broadband clients and report their problems via ticketing system
-Provide periodic report to customers and business groups
Requirements
-At least 2 years experience in computer network field
-Preferably IT or related Computer B.Sc. (or higher)
-Experience managing, supporting and deploying network infrastructures
-Experienced in Cisco switching and routing in CCNP level
-Familiar with wireless P2P links and MikroTik routers and APs
-Strong teamwork, interpersonal skill and interested in knowledge upgrading
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities in a high pressure environment
-Strong commitment to exceptionally high standards in the work environment
-Rotational Shiftwork
-Familiar with ITIL
