Job Description

● Design, plan and implement data center, WAN, and wireless networks. ● Develop and redesign data center networks based on cisco technology ● Analyze data traffic patterns within the network infrastructure, detecting operational problems and recommending improvements to ensure optimal performance. ● Provide LOM, technical proposal, and RFP ● Answer and complete customer cases made via phone, ticket system, and email. ● Research and development on new services.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar fields. ● Excellent understanding of network design and troubleshooting, including routing and switching. ● In-depth knowledge of routing and switching (OSPF, ISIS, BGP, VXLAN, MPLS). ● Familiar with Network Automation. ● Familiar with Cisco equipment (ASR, Nexus, etc.). ● Familiar with ITIL concepts. ● Certification in Cisco networking technologies is preferred. ● Great at organizing, multitasking, team-working. ● Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure situations. ● Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and diagnose problems. ● At least 3 years of experience in IT or service provider companies. ● Ability to be on-call. ● Maximum age: 40 years old.
