Job Description

Main responsibilities: Some duties will include but not be limited to: ● Present our products and develop new ideas to increase market share. ● Monitor and control stores performance according to KA dep sales goals. ● Do the Merchandising activities in order to make our products more visible and available. ● Check stock on shelves, their prices, planograms. ● Merchandise products based on company policies. ● Follow up on new sales promotions and prepare the required feedback. ● Responsible for achieving sales targets. ● Do sales negotiations at store level.

Requirements

● Having a relevant certificate in related fields is a plus. ● At least 2 years experience in related fields (chain store, field sales experience). ● Excellent skills at Microsoft Office package, especially in Excel and PowerPoint. ● Familiarity with the FMCG industry is preferred. ● Excellent communication and negotiation skills. ● Team player, planning, cheerful, energetic, and self-motivated. ● Be flexible and adaptable. ● Aggressive sales characteristic. ● Great people management skills. ● Hard worker and a great team player. ● Highly motivated, proactive, and dynamic. ● Ideal age range: Maximum 40 years old. ● Current residence: Tehran (Preferably West)
