Job Description

  • Visiting chain store (Key Account) customers and taking orders to their stock levels, shelves, and managing merchandisers.
  • Developing the relationship with stores.
  • Planning brand-wise achievement of his/her monthly targets.
  • Submitting consumer complaints to the relevant units.
  • Getting the best shelves for Unilever products in related categories meanwhile increasing the share of shelves.
  • Controlling customers' stocks and action planning for products with close expiry dates or low flow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related fields.
  • Working experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
