Job Description
- Visiting chain store (Key Account) customers and taking orders to their stock levels, shelves, and managing merchandisers.
- Developing the relationship with stores.
- Planning brand-wise achievement of his/her monthly targets.
- Submitting consumer complaints to the relevant units.
- Getting the best shelves for Unilever products in related categories meanwhile increasing the share of shelves.
- Controlling customers' stocks and action planning for products with close expiry dates or low flow.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related fields.
- Working experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage.
- Good command of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
