Job Description
- Act as a microwave transmission BO engineer.
- Handle microwave transmission issues on the mobile network level such as trouble tickets or customer compliance within the SLA time.
- Communicate and report to/with direct customers.
- Analyze and find root causes of network risks and issues.
- Provide technical solutions for service or performance case recovery.
Requirements
- Capable of commissioning, integrating, and troubleshooting of RTN, MiniLink, and MPR Microwave Transmission Devices.
- Good field experience in on-sit-levels.
- Experience in field engineering actions (preferred).
- Adequate English skills.
- Good skills in MS Office (such as Outlook, and Excel).
