Job Description

● Responsible for the implementation and management of the Microsoft Windows server infrastructure that supports the applications for production and business work. ● Work with all levels of employees to implement, maintain, and support the most efficient, cost-effective set of solutions in the underlying Windows server architecture. ● Implementation of Exchange PowerShell to fulfill automation tasks. ● Support issues related to group mailboxes and distribution lists including designating an end-user(s) as the group mailbox owner. ● Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot email retention systems. ● Manage roles and services, user permissions, email queues, and dynamic distribution groups. ● Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization. ● Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures. ● Schedule, plan, and oversee system upgrades. ● Initiate preventive maintenance on the operating systems as well as repair to system/environment problems. ● Administer systems/environment solutions for multiple projects with varying schedules.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields. ● At least three years of work experience. ● MCSE or MCITP certifications. ● VCP-DCV certificate. ● Proficient in installing, setting up, managing, and troubleshooting Microsoft servers. ● Proficient in installing, setting up, managing, and troubleshooting Microsoft-based network services, especially Exchange, ADDS, and File Sharing. ● Familiarity with ESX and ESXi virtualization services and infrastructure. ● Proficient in backup, recovery, and update solutions. ● Familiarity with network monitoring software. ● Teamwork spirit. ● Communication skills.
