
Job Description
The primary objective of this role is to enhance product visibility and availability based on planograms and merchandising rules by supervising a team of merchandisers.
Main Responsibilities:
Supervising the merchandising team.
Reviewing and ensuring the quality of merchandising processes along the designated routes.
Inspecting routes to ensure all key stores are included in the defined routes.
Setting and monitoring monthly goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.
Evaluating the performance and goal achievement of each team member.
Reporting competitor activities and gathering necessary market data and statistics.
Preparing performance reports and designing and implementing improvement actions.
Job Requirements:
Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma.
Two years of work experience in a similar position.
Intermediate proficiency in using Excel software.
Strong knowledge of planograms and merchandising principles.
Familiarity with customer relationship management.
Reporting skills.
Team management and empowerment capabilities.
Strong problem-solving skills.
