Job Description
"Merchandising Assistant" is responsible to supporting Trade Marketing team to implement Merchandising plans in different channels.
Key Accountabilities:
• In store execution evaluation through received photos vs. picture of success and record on daily basis.
• Controlling the usage of merchandisers’ materials and equipment in a secure and efficient manner in order to maximize the use of organization assets.
• Controlling Timely development/ implementation of trade marketing activities and monthly/weekly field visit for better understanding of merchandisers tasks
• Prepare and check all daily, weekly and monthly Merchandising reports.
• Provide data and maintain accurate records on Merchandisers’ performance.
• Accurate and well-maintained outlet classification record.
• Calculating Pre-Sellers, Merchandisers’ target achievement, and incentive payments.
