Job Description

In order to track the customer’s processes which, consist of significant activities, for instance, loading trucks, distributing goods, estimating figures, and measuring related KPIs, we are going to hire a committed expert whose experience and knowledge could make value. The main tasks are as follows: ● Execute distribution policies. ● Supervise, guide, and control the procedures. ● Present daily reports (customer service reports including retailers, B2B customers, etc.). ● Plan in order to present the required services to customers. ● Detect and analyze process (finding drawbacks of the processes). ● Identify and communicate technical problems. ● Interact with all department staff and members of the company. ● Collect and prepare information, reports, and daily charts. ● Prepare project schedules. ● Assure of just-in-time delivery

Requirements

● At least 4 years of work experience. ● Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields. ● Ability to conduct different types of tasks. ● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. ● Ability to prioritize and operate under pressure ● MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook). ● Familiar with BI (business intelligence) and the latest software such as Power BI. ● Highly motivated, goal-driven, result-oriented, and team player. ● Excellent knowledge of customer experience and buying behavior
