Medical Representative (Clinical Laboratory of Genetic Pathology):
This position will be responsible for effectively communicating and selling the benefits of our medical laboratory tests in many physician specialties. This is a true hunter role, and the candidate is expected to prospect, develop and achieve their own sales targets on a monthly basis.
Main responsibilities:
● Contact and visit a potential client with the company's products and services, and convince them.
● Develop new customer relationships through consultative selling directly to end-users via an effective needs analysis approach, follow-up, and introduction of new tests in the laboratory.
● Provide medical professionals with information on staff education, -services, and technical troubleshooting.
● Manage sales promotion of assigned tasks.
● Increase sales to the maximum regular visits of physicians to monitor recommendations and movements.
● Apply territory planning to get the maximum use of time and best area coverage for doctors.
● Deal with key opinion leaders and get market feedback.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences or other related fields.
● Communication and negotiation skills.
● Sense of human relations, capability to work in a team.
● Good command of computer knowledge.
● Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision.
● Teamwork and time management skills.
