The medical representative is responsible for bringing business to the company by effectively presenting the company’s products to those who may prescribe such products to appropriate consumers.
Main responsibilities:
● Regular visits of doctors to monitor product prescription and movement.
● Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and establish relationships with potential contacts in the medical and healthcare sector.
● Developing and managing the KOL network.
● Scientific communication with health care professionals.
● Organizing scientific events for doctors and nurses.
● Participating in related conferences, exhibitions, and congresses.
● Preparing training pamphlets and training sales representatives.
● Maintaining knowledge of science new developments related to the company field of activity.
● Keeping detailed records of all contacts.
● Providing call reports, activity reports, and market reports.
● Planning and implementing scientific activities in the assigned territory.
● Attaining assigned prescription and market share goal.
● Probation period: 3 Months.
● Travel requirements: Regular travel within specified territories.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or other Paramedical fields.
● Ability to acquire and maintain appropriate scientific and medical product knowledge.
● Excellent communication skills.
● Good at impacting and convincing others.
● Good negotiation skills.
● Good interpersonal, motivational, and team working skills.
● Good command of computer knowledge (MS Office).
● Willing to work out of the office.
● Good command of written and spoken English.
● Ideal age range: 22 to 35 years old.
