● Arrange appointments with the company’s clients (doctors, pharmacists) in Tehran.
● Organize conferences for doctors and other medical staff.
● Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff and support administrative staff.
● Keep detailed records of all contacts.
● Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables for reaching (and if possible exceeding) annual sales targets.
● Regularly attend company meetings, technical data presentations, and briefings.
● Keep up-to-date with the latest clinical data supplied by the medical advisory team of the company, and interpret, present, and discuss this data with health professionals during presentations.
● Monitor competitor activity and competitors' products.
● Report positive and negative feedbacks of the physicians to the marketing and scientific departments.
● Recommend changes in products, service, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
