- Identify customers and manage sales of assigned products to the target Dentists to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets in line with company strategy.
- Regular visits of Dentists to monitor product availability and movement.
- Maintain / update product and competition knowledge and builds and maintains good relationships with trade personnel.
- Updates doctor cards and list and submits daily report, be fully operational in sales techniques, master all operational tools.
- Implements on going Targeting and Profiling of customers
- Any other tasks as assigned depending on the need and maintain consistency
- Manage sales promotion of assigned products
- Ability to increase sales to the maximum
- Applies territory planning to get maximum use of time and best area coverage for both Doctors
- Deal with opinion leaders and get market feedback
- Maximizes efforts to achieve the target within the assigned area
- Solves any problems with Doctors and within his area
- Prospects and qualifies new customers
