• Ability to increase sales to the maximum.
• Regular visits to clinics and pharmacies and hospitals to promote products and monitors product availability and movement.
• Providing feedback to sales management on customer requests, taking care promotions and product ability.
• Applies territory planning to get maximum use of time and best area coverage for both Doctors and Pharmacies.
• Deal with competitors and market leaders and market analysis.
• Maximizes efforts to achieve the target within the proposed area.
• Solves any problems with Doctors and pharmacies in the territory.
• Prospects and qualifies new customers.
• Providing timely weekly reports and monthly plans to line manager.
• Analyze sales data to determine progress and identify areas of opportunity and incorporate it into the territory plan.
• Effectively plan your daily visits and missions to optimize coverage of your territory and liaise effectively with colleagues in distribution to drive sales.
Requirements
• Related educational background or experience.
• Preferably 2-3 year experience in the related field.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Initiative, Independence and well-organized.
• Excellent knowledge of English Language.
• Good command of computer knowledge (MS. Office).
• High teamwork value understanding and ability to work cross functionally.
• Pro-activity and self-motivation
• Ability to travel within the country as and when the business requires you to do so.
