Key Responsibilities The primary responsibility of the Pharma Operations Medical Representative is to conduct effective and targeted visits, including:
Regularly visit physicians, pharmacies, and distribution centers. Provide scientific presentations and information about products. Communicate product features and benefits. Deliver key brand messages accurately and effectively. Respond to physicians’ scientific questions. Identify the needs and expectations of target customers. Support and participate in scientific and promotional programs and activities. Identify physicians’ perceptions and attitudes toward the brand. Monitor physicians’ level of product usage and adoption. Identify competing products and their key features. Record and report visit outcomes. Plan and conduct appropriate follow-ups. Scientific Responsibility – Product Knowledge The Medical Representative is expected to maintain strong and up-to-date scientific knowledge of the products within their assigned portfolio and be able to communicate relevant product information accurately and effectively. At least a bachelors degree in life sciences or related disciplines.
