Job Description

Lead medical team activities.
Final review and approval of all promotional material, slide sets, training materials, and other scientific content.
Lead KOL interaction, advocacy development.
Provide strategic guidance for developing an annual medical tactical plan.
Ensure the pharmacovigilance process is implemented and followed.
Manage resources as appropriate to address business needs.
Lead regular team meetings, and updates, and track progress against priority.

Requirements

MD, or Pharm.D.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the medical team as a medical advisor; at least 2 years of experience in people management and team leadership.
Knowledge of assigned therapeutic areas with the ability to interact with relevant KOLs.
Good understanding of the pharmaceutical market and strategies.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English.
