Mechanical Technician

Job Description

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
•Conducting periodic inspections of machinery and recording their condition based on the Preventive Maintenance (PM) checklist.
•Replacing consumable and frequently used parts in accordance with the PM checklist.
•Troubleshooting, repairing, and restarting equipment during machine breakdowns and downtime.
•Preparing and submitting comprehensive daily work reports to the supervisor, detailing all completed activities.
•Receiving spare parts from the warehouse and recording them in the daily maintenance report.
•Supporting the implementation of organizational improvement and corrective projects.
•Optimizing equipment performance to enhance food safety, ensure the safety and quality

Key Responsibilities:
•Assisting with and carrying out assigned tasks related to the mechanical maintenance and repair of machinery.

Experience:
2 years of work experience

Skills:
•Familiarity with general mechanical systems, including gearboxes, bearings, pumps, and various lubricants.
•Familiarity with mechanical components and spare parts.
•Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
•Familiarity with beverage production equipment and machinery.
•Familiarity with interpreting and using technical catalogs.
