Marketing Specialist

Job Description

Join BASF, a leader in the chemical industry, as a Marketing Specialist in Agricultural Solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Support entire sales team and TMDs in the development and execution of marketing plans.
- Perform administrative tasks related to sales and update customer data.
- Gain a deep understanding of the agricultural market and customer needs by conducting market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
- Coordinate with the sales team to implement promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
- Take the lead to arrange all marketing events such as, exhibitions-seminars-workshops
- Order and follow up of gifts and promotional materials and coordinate with all involved parties
- Tracking and arranging travel plans for customer events, etc.
- Reviewing and checking the accuracy of all printed materials

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Understanding of agricultural practices and industry standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Excellent work organization and flexibility
- Good presentation skills
- Knowledge in plant protection, plant production and farm management
- Good knowledge of MS Office
