Job Description

The marketing planning and analytics manager is responsible for aligning marketing initiatives with the overall business goals of SnappTrip. They focus on optimizing the efficiency of marketing projects by working closely with campaign and digital marketing managers to allocate resources effectively. The manager also implements systems to track and analyze the performance of marketing activities, providing measurable success metrics and insights for continuous improvement. This position reports to the CMO.

  • Alignment of Marketing and Business Goals: Enhance planning and analysis capabilities, ensuring that marketing initiatives align seamlessly with SnappTrip's overarching business objectives. Strategize meticulously to optimize efficiency, contributing significantly to the company's growth trajectory.
  • Efficient Resources Management: Work collaboratively with the Digital Marketing Manager, Campaign Manager, and New Products Marketing Manager to optimize the allocation of time, budget, and human resources for marketing projects. Prioritize operational excellence to ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality marketing initiatives.
  • Adaptability to Market Changes: Maintain agility and responsiveness to industry dynamics, working hand-in-hand with the Digital Marketing Manager and Campaign Manager. Proactively adjust marketing strategies based on market trends and consumer behavior to sustain SnappTrip’s competitive edge.
  • Measurable Success: Implement and manage systems to track and analyze the performance of marketing activities in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager. Provide clear metrics and valuable insights for ongoing enhancement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in marketing planning and analytics with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, working closely with the CMO, Digital Marketing Manager, Campaign Manager, and New Products Marketing Manager.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce is a must, collaborating with the New Products Marketing Manager for seamless integration.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, ensuring effective collaboration with the broader marketing team at SnappTrip.
