Job Description

We are seeking an innovative marketing manager to promote our company's brand and services. In this role, you will be optimizing our marketing strategies, managing the marketing department's budget and staff, as well as preparing forecasts.To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business leads. An outstanding marketing manager will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability. List of responsibilities: ● Establishing marketing objectives and strategies. ● Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies. ● Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts. ● Increasing brand awareness and market share. ● Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments. ● Developing and managing the marketing department's budget. ● Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns. ● Managing the marketing department's staff. ● Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management. ● Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events. ● Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends. ● Overseeing current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products and product enhancements. ● Analyzing market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products. ● Designing and conducting different type of market research. ● Working with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all products and regions. ● Developing sales promotions that result in maximum effectiveness. ● Developing marketing and sales KPIs and identifying sales goals. ● Bringing new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs. ● Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity. ● Reporting to: CEO.

Requirements

● Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Management or related fields. ● At least 5 years of experience as a marketing manager (in FMCG is preferred). ● Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding. ● Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities. ● Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Strong time management and organizational abilities. ● Team working skills. ● Result-oriented and hard working. ● Eager to learn and ready to tackle new challenges. ● Conceptual thinking skill. ● Critical thinking skill. ● Decision making skill. ● Fluent in English.
