To drive the Shirin Asal Group business and to create sustainable competitive advantage and economic value for Shirin Asal Group through excellent consumer marketing
Main Responsibilities:
- Leads, guides and supports the marketing team in in all strategic and operational areas and drives execution excellence
Develops deep understanding of what drives business now and in the future
- Monitors developments and best practice in marketing and ensures application at Shirin Asal Group
- Selects external agency partners, negotiates and agree contracts, and manages high level relations
- Negotiates and concludes contracts with media owners
- Develops, negotiates and gets approval for annual marketing plan
- Defines annual marketing budget
- Attracts and retains talent
- Develops high performing marketers
- Leads team to high performance
- Manages external and internal stakeholders laterally and upwards to get business results
Requirements
University Qualifications: Master in Marketing or related field/ Management/
-Professional and proactive work ethic
-High Competence in project and stakeholder management
-Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
-Having experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing
-Good knowledge at Microsoft office
