Job Description

-Create and manage the marketing budget and ensure it corresponds with marketing objectives and management measures -Devise a comprehensive and detailed marketing plan -Manage promotional and marketing opportunities to promote brand awareness in the market -Establish and implement an integrated marketing strategy for dealers -Creating dealer loyalty programs -Improve customer experience and ensure customer feedback is accurately captured -Professional in social media (proven track record by comparing the number of current followers against number of initial followers) -Professional in content creation -Coordinate and produce written materials (like emails, press releases, presentations, social media, and website and newsletter copy) for different audiences -Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media (Facebook, Telegram, and Instagram) -Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications -Overall responsibility of brand management and corporate identity -Manage promotions & analyses previous marketing activities to influence future initiatives -Plan, implement and report the performance of all marketing campaigns (digital or else) and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) -Manage the marketing database & optimize its utilization -Take charge of all advertising activities -Manage the production of merchandising material and equipment required for marketing projects -Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website -Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing -Track competitor promotion & product introduction in the market. -Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives -Organize and manage events such as seminars, races, exhibitions

Requirements

-M.S. / B.S. Degree or equivalent in Management, Marketing / MBA is preferred -Professional experience of the development, implementation and management of marketing processes -At least 7 years’ professional experience in related field which 3 years acted as Marketing Manager -A good background in business -Track record of good marketing, digital marketing and new marketing concepts knowledge and skills -Good team building skills -Knowledge of customer experience analysis -Direct experience with sports products is preferred -Ability to work under pressure and good flexibility -Excellent communication, social and presentation skills -Proven work experience in digital marketing, including display advertising, SEO/SEM, and social media -Good knowledge of Photoshop is preferred -Good IT programming skills -Advance Excel & Word familiarity -Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends), SEO and Remarketing is preferred -Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints -Sportive background is advantageous -Fluency in English -Gender Preference: Male -Ideal Age Range: 35 - 45
