Objective of the role:
• Plan, design, develop, execute and implement marketing strategies and plans in line with company objectives.
List of responsibilities:
• Plan and conduct Digital Marketing
• Plan, create, and oversee the design, content, and production of all marketing materials
• Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaign and measuring results.
• Manage advertising activities
• Coordinating marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research on competitor, customer and data analysis to identify sales opportunities with promotional ideas and material..
Reporting to: CEO.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8:30 - 18:00 Thursday 8:30 - 13:00.
Subordinates: "Advertising", "Market Research", "Digital Marketing" and "CRM" teams
Requirements
University Qualifications:
B.S. / M.S. in Business, Marketing-related fields.
Nature and length of previous experience:
8 years Marketing experience preferably at FMCG or Retail with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Managerial position.
Specialist knowledge:
• Skilled for Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Digital Marketing skills

• Team leadership.
• Age between 34-45
