Main Purpose of the job: Retail marketing managers develop promotional strategies that can help JTA meet their financial goals. Responsible for how marketing, advertising and promotional budgets. Professional activities include creating media materials and customer satisfaction programs. Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department. Job Description: - Lead all aspects of marketing including advertising, social media, public relations, event management, community engagement, media relations, partner engagement, media buying and marketing research for the business. - Work closely with Sales Managers to ensure that business needs are met - Devise the marketing strategy and plan and manage the marketing budget. - Lead the preparation of marketing calendar (advertising, promotions, events, PR campaigns etc.) and ensure that it is strictly followed. - Ensure that all the branding requirements for all businesses are fulfilled. - Ensure that the content of the websites and social media sites is up to date and accurate.. - Conduct market research to understand how the other brands are currently perceived and tailor marketing activities accordingly. - Conduct pricing analysis for all new launches - Rigorously monitor the market and competition to understand threats and opportunities and modify marketing plan accordingly.
