Marketing Manager

Job Description

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience - Provide data-driven recommendations to inform our promotional strategy - Serve as the primary business liaison from the Analytic team for the marketing organization - Compile data for retrospective decks including recommendations and learning - Create and distribute reports at appropriate, regular time intervals as determined in conjunction with stakeholders - Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points - Working closely with the data science team to develop a bidding algorithm to help maximize -Search Engine Marketing (SEM) return on investment (ROI) - Optimize bidding to improve traffic and ROI for paid search channels - Leveraging site analytic programs for SEM analysis / insights Utilize successful bidding strategies and effective keyword management on pay-per-click search engines to hit target acquisitions -volume goals and efficiency metrics - Actively test and analyze key words, copy and landing pages to increase ROI and drive incremental volume. - Gain and share insight into customer behavior on the site.
