Requirements
University degree in Marketing, Business Management and Engineering from a reputable university
8-10 years marketing experience preferably in industry
Strong analytical skills, business minded and effective communication
Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team. People management skills.
Ability to manage, coordinate, integrate people, process and organizational resources in a multi-cultural environment to achieve a common objective.
Competent interpersonal skills to establish a motivated and focused team
Ability to work under own initiative and to be innovative.
Ability to implement product launch and marketing strategies.
Experience in ERP systems is an asset
Fluent in English
