Job Description

● Own marketing P&L, and work directly with the CEO to strategize and plan marketing roadmaps and OKRs. ● Lead the marketing team to reach highly aggressive B2B and B2C objectives through various operations and campaigns. ● Optimize conversion rates and expand current B2B demand generation channels (mainly LinkedIn), tools, practices, messaging, targeting, and automation. ● Conduct market research programs and perform initiatives and experiments to identify, test, and develop new acquisition channels (product-led and sales-led). ● Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the qualification process. ● Manage all content marketing activities and provide copywriting, branding, and messaging support across the team as needed.

Requirements

● English (reading and writing) professional working proficiency. ● More than 4 years of growth marketing/user acquisition experience. ● Previous experience in dealing with growth challenges. ● Experience in people/team management. ● Experience working in international environments. ● Knowledge in a broad range of digital marketing activities (Content Marketing, Outbound Sales Development, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing). ● Knowledge in Google Analytics, Spreadsheets, Google Tag Manager. ● Analytical, data-driven, innovative, and creative. ● Ownership is in your DNA. ● (Good to have) CRM experience.
