- Determine and analysis the customer(End user,sales team or distribution channels needs through market research).
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support.
- Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
- Monitor promotional trends, initiatives and competitor actions by Category, Sub Category, priority channels and strategic customers.
- To ensure proper execution of brand strategies by weekly or monthly regular visits.
- Interpreting data, writing reports, and making actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor or master's degree in Industrial engineering, MBA or Statistics .
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in FMCG industry.
- Fully conversant with MS office. (Expert in excel is necessary)
- English fluency in speaking and writing.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Flexible for internal travels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding Data Science Concepts, Statistical Analysis and concepts of sales and marketing.
- Male or Female.
- Ideal age: 22-32.
