- Develop, manage, lead and enhance the sustainable, profitable growth of designated Brand & Products portfolio
- Continuous market monitoring, sales statistics and market research results analysis
- Defining improvement projects and marketing programs based on the results
- Providing and implementing a marketing plan (including promotional campaigns and ongoing marketing activities) with respect to brand strategies.
- Establishing appropriate communication and close cooperation with all units including R&D, production, sales, distribution, quality control and ... for the preparation and implementation of the marketing plan
- Helping to define new products based on the competitive position of products and competitors in the market
- Providing and implementing the launch of new products plan
- Control the marketing budget and prepare the required reports
- Working closely with the Trade Marketing team to provide and propose price, incentives and discounts plans
Requirements
- Minimum BS/BA/Master’s degree in MBA, Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related function
- 5 years’ work experience in marketing field and marketing management experience in FMCG environment
- Responsible, creative and persevering
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong analytical, financial, & pricing skills preferred –
- Strong Teamwork and Flexible
- Ability to work well under pressure
