• Managing all marketing activities for the company and marketing department.
• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives, evaluating and maintaining it.
• Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
• Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities and supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
• Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
• Creation and publication of a wide range of different marketing materials in line with marketing plans.
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
• Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
• Market through various channels and segment databases
• Identifying new customers.
• Building brand awareness and positioning.
• Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights and demand in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
• Evaluating competitors.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree or master degree in marketing, business administration or a related field.
• Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy and marketing plan.
• Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
• Advanced communication skills.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in holding conversations with customers and customer-focused product development and outreach.
• Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice and input across the company.
• Experience working in a flexible, employee empowering work environment in a small to medium-sized company without marketing staff on the same level.
• Experienced in advising product teams about potential markets, desirable product features, go-to-market best practices, and measuring the success of outreach and product sales.
• English knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to travel as necessary.
