Job Description

● Execute and coordinate planned marketing activity. ● Work with reps for enrollment of marketing projects by the field force. ● Find new vendors, negotiate contractual terms get the best quote/price, and maintain relationships with them. ● Buy and prepare required material for all activities such as cycle meetings, congress, and CMEs. ● Supervise and control the set deadlines for marketing projects. ● Generate required/assigned marketing report for marketing manager, RO, and HO such as marketing strategy. ● Undertake field visits for validating the execution of marketing strategy at pharmacy and doctor levels. ● Prepare evaluation report for every joint visit with field staff. ● Prepare marketing report for each month including expense report and PPT report. ● Keep a record of marketing activity rolled out vs. actual performance.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, or an MBA graduate. ● At least one year of experience as a medical representative. ● Degree level qualification or equivalent experience in marketing, business administration, or a related subject. ● Web maintenance/e-marketing experience, with a good working knowledge of social media marketing tools, Google rankings, and search engine optimization is desirable. Able to demonstrate product awareness and an understanding of the needs of the customer. ● Good time management and planning skills. ● Able to meet multiple project deadlines and demonstrate good attention to detail. ● A background in creating scientific marketing, promotional or educational content would be an advantage. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Persian. ● Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
