Plan, organize and execute field days with cooperation Technical Market Developers.
Plan, prepare and participate, regional customer meetings in coordination with Sales team.
Plan and execute marketing tools (offline-online tools, events, fairs etc.) and keep marketing support budget.
Ensure know-how transfer and information exchange with technical specialist.
Continue to build up solid Market Intelligence and establish a method to update database regularly.
Support MAS (Market Approach Strategy) processes along with sales organization (G2M strategy, customer segmentation, influencer map, market coverage, share of wallet, push and pull strategy, especially with a focus on market intelligence.
Visit big farms together with sales executives.
Execute and deliver related market analyses (treated areas, intensification, cost/ha, competition, GAP analyses).
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agricultural Engineering (preferably in Plant Protection or Field Crops).
Excellent work organization and flexibility.
Very good communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of plant protection, plant production and farm management.
Knowledge of planning, conduction and evaluation of field trials.
