Armani Sea Shore Sapphire INTL Transport Group is a sustainable bridge between shippers and consignees to provide any means of transport and now seeking candidates to get recruited in its team with the below job description.

Provide short- and medium-term marketing and sales goals.
Create and execute a strategic marketing and sales plan.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Review and follow up on new sales opportunities.
Set up meetings with potential clients.
Monitor the correct performance of tasks in the marketing and sales unit.
Listen and draw out the concerns/problems of the marketing and sales team to identify possible solutions.
Coordinate operations/traffic teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, preferably in related fields.
At least 10 years of experience in international transport or freight forwarding.
Excellent knowledge of principles and instruction in international transport or freight forwarding.
Excellent knowledge of marketing and sales principles.
Excellent knowledge of management principles.
Experience with determining and offering prices to customers.
Proven experience as a marketing and sales executive or relevant role.
Excellent skills in MS Office.
Strong problem-solving, team-building, and crisis-management skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English; second language a plus.
Experience with customer relationship tools such as sales force is a plus.
Ideal age range: 35 to 50 years old.
