A holding company active in the legal, cultural, and tourism sectors is seeking to hire a Marketing & Sales Specialist for Canada and Schengen visa services.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong consultative sales skills, experience in client acquisition, and an interest in working in a dynamic environment in the field of tourism and immigration services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract clients interested in Schengen and Canada visa services
- Provide initial consultation and introduce company services
- Manage the client journey from lead generation to contract signing
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns
- Create and distribute educational and informational content
- Record and manage client data in CRM systems
- Respond to client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction

- Consultative sales and persuasion skills
- Digital marketing and campaign execution
- CRM and lead management proficiency
- Familiarity with Schengen and Canada visa processes
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in English
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Sales, or related fields (specialized training courses are a plus)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales or marketing, preferably in visa or immigration services
- Specialized Skills: Consultative sales, digital marketing, CRM, familiarity with Schengen and Canada visa services, English proficiency
