Job Description

● Overall responsibility for brand and marketing management including strategic planning ● Analyze market trends and recommend changes to market development strategies ● Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities. ● Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and measure results. ● Oversee the production of all marketing materials and marketing campaigns. ● Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives. ● Evaluate the financial aspects of brand development, such as budgets, expenditures, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. ● Evaluate and optimize pricing strategies. ● Increase brand awareness and market share. ● Analyze market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products. ● Design and conduct different types of market research. ● Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Management or related fields. ● At least 5 years of experience as a marketing manager (in FMCG is preferred). ● Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, and branding. ● Analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Team working skills. ● Result-oriented and hard working. ● Ready to tackle new challenges.
